Reaching the conference venue from the city centre
Politecnico di Torino can be easily reached from the city centre. It is a 30 minutes walk from the Porta Nuova train station and a 20 minutes walk from the Porta Susa train station.
Line M1 of the subway stops within walking distance (stop Vinzaglio, 2 stops from Porta Nuova and 1 stop from Porta Susa).
Tram lines 9, 10 and 15 and bus lines 33, 42 and 58 stop in front of Politecnico or in close proximity. Refer to the Torino Transport Group GTT for details on public transport. Multiple ticketing options are available.

By airplane

The "Sandro Pertini" Torino International Airport (TRN), located in the nearby city of Caselle, offers connections with several Italian cities including Roma, and with Amsterdam, Bruxelles, Dublin, Frankfurt, Istanbul, Krakow, London (Gatwick and Stansted), Madrid, Munich, Paris (Charles de Gaulle), Porto, Valencia. From the airport, you can reach the city centre by bus (Arriva and Flibco transport companies), train and taxi. Several car rental options are available.
The city of Torino can also be conveniently reached by bus from Milano Malpensa (MXP) (Arriva and Flibco bus companies) and Bergamo Orio al Serio (BGY) (Itabus, Flixbus and Omio bus companies) airports.

By train

The Porta Nuova and Porta Susa train stations are both located in the city centre. High speed connections are available with Milano, Bologna, Firenze, Roma, Napoli and Salerno. In addition, many intercity and regional connections link Torino with several other Italian locations.

By car

Highways A4 (from Milano and Venezia), A5 (from Aosta and the Switzerland), A6 (from Savona), A21 (from Piacenza and Brescia), A32 (from Bardonecchia and France) all link to the A55 ringroad surrounding the city. In the centre, traffic restrictions and parking fines may apply.

By bus

Flixbus and other bus companies link Torino with many national and international locations. The bus terminals are located in corso Bolzano (in front of the Porta Susa train station) and in corso Vittorio Emanuele II (with an easy connection to the city centre with tram line 9 and bus line 68).
